I tried to talk to one of dog groomers at this facility named stephanie to book my pup for a groom , and she immediately started being rude and down right disrespectful about another facility. She seemed to have little knowledge or even the capability of performing the tasks that I had asked for , not to mention the language and lack of respect

I have two big boys that I've brought here a couple of times now after being dissatisfied at a couple other places. One is a Pyrenees cross in the other one is pure Great Pyrenees. These guys have a coat on them. That is so thick. This is the only groomer where I have gotten these guys back and they are clean and de-shedded! I know how much work it takes to brush out these boys… and make sure that they are squeaky clean. These ladies do an amazing job! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have been bringing my dog Smartie to get her nails trimmed for a few years now, I followed them since they were on Primrose. Jeff and Carma are true animal lovers and always take great care with handling my dog. Efficient and super friendly. I would highly recommend you take your dog here. It's also super clean and smells nice and fresh :)
