We went for our birthday supper. When we walked in,,,, sat down, it was like no one was there. Took a few minutes before the waitress came,,,She took our order. My fish was very over cooked, the batter was to hard to eat, the fries were over cooked,,,, my husband hot hamburger sandwich was almost burnt! His fries were very crispy.  The waitress asked if everything was ok,,, I said no ! My fish was very overcooked!  We got a 20% off the bill,,, whoops,,,, we are not going back,,, was a very disappointing supper, and a waste of money. Save your money,,, and go elsewhere!

Extremely disappointing.

Went here after hearing positive things, and the experience was very disappointing.

Ordered the Caddy Burger, with fries and a Vanilla Shake. The burger patty looked (and tasted) like it was cooked 3 hours earlier and sat in a warming tray, then was thrown together and sat under a heat lamp for a while. The bun was very dense, and I could not eat it. The fries were cold, and mushy.

The Vanilla Shake was a major disappointment. It is essentially just Cool Whip mixed with warm milk. It was not consumable.

Perhaps the worst part: the staff did not seem to care at all. They could clearly see the amount of uneaten food and the full shake when we asked for our bill, and not even a “how was everything”, just a quiet ignorance of the poor quality food.

$53 for myself and my wife to get served cold, old, bad food is unacceptable. The staff did not care we clearly did not eat much of anything.

Save your money, avoid this place at all costs.

I would like to give the experience 5 stars but there were several things that didn't meet the mark. I ordered the caddy chips and I doubt they could've given me a smaller amount of pico de gallo and sour cream. Our waitress was not overly attentive and we had to speak up after waiting about half an hour with empty glasses before we got refills (this was in the middle of the afternoon when there were maybe 5 other tables in the whole restaurant). We also stated we were interested in getting dessert but the girl was ending her shift before we could order. We were ignored once they received our money. Nobody bothered to check in at our table. My friend had a coughing fit and the 4 remaining staff ignored and chatted amongst themselves only a few feet away until we could finally get their attention. They offered a half full glass of water and proceeded back to ignoring our existence. We never got to order dessert.

Our server, Antonia (spelling? sorry), was the best server we have had in a long time in the city!

I ordered a Dagwood sandwich for take-out. First, the waitress asked if I wanted my change back. What? Then my order did not come with any napkins, utensils, salt and pepper, or ketchup. I have been to this restaurant twice. First and last. All show and no substance!

We love our Hampton location. The food is always delicious. My son has a number of food sensitivities and we always feel safe giving him burgers and fries from Pink Cadillac as they are made from scratch. You can tell these burgers are homemade. Jon is great at what he does, happy to hear there is a new location on 8th St to serve Saskatoon. We have been patrons for years now and we will continue to support local. Thank you Jon and your staff! :)

I’m from Regina and I drive up here just to eat at the Pink Cadillac. It’s honestly so amazing and the kids menu has so much to choose from. I always get the peanut butter burger and I promise you, you will never find one that tastes better than here. The staff is always flirty friendly too.

Nov 19. 10 of us met at the restaurant at 8:00 to listen to Harreson James music. John the manager went out of his way to make sure we're all happy. He made a dance floor for us. Arrange the table so we all felt safe. The service at the restaurant was five stars. The food was five stars. I would highly recommend this restaurant for an evening out.
Thank you John and all the stuff for a wonderful evening. And a special thank you to Harreson James great job. Love your music.

Went for a kids birthday supper and all 6 meals were awful. Ordered the Caddy Burgers and they were very dry especially the buns and flavorless. No condiments on the burgers. Grand-daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it was so dry the cheese wouldn't even hold to the bread. Looked like it was old cheese melted and left to cool of before serving. Totally surprised the cook couldn't even make a grilled cheese sandwich of all things. All 6 meals were disappointing. Only thing that was good was the service. Rating is very poor, dry, no condiments and flavorless.

I'm used to the 50's milkshake from Ruby's in Palm Springs where the full metal can is so thick it'll stand up side down. Still served with the 50's glass along with the can, the one we got was skimpy on shake and very generous on whipped cream. its OK as it just makes us look forward to going to Palm Springs

We decided to go for supper on Sunday September 15. We have been there a few times the food and service was always good. This was the exception food was horrible and the service was very slow. We were there when it was packed and had better service. (It was slow). They were out of dry ribs chicken fingers low on other stuff. Just felt like a platter to munch on. Ended up getting spaghetti the flavour was horrible. We will probably not return.

Went there for breakfast and the food was really good. However, we had to ask for butter for the pancakes (even though listed on the menu), and they were extremely chincy with the syrup (one tiny container for 4 pancakes).

We had a great meal and excellent service during a recent (Aug 13) visit. One thing that impressed me was the gluten-free bun used for my BLT sandwich; it actually looked like a bun and did not fall apart as I have experienced so many times in other restaurants. The chef sold me 6 of the buns to take home. Very impressed!

Very disappointed with our experience at the Willowgrove location last night. Waited about 10 minutes after we were seated before our server even came to our table. We all ordered milkshakes and fish & chips. Waited a VERY long time for our milkshakes to come, and they weren't even cold. They were more like a warm chocolate milk than a thick, cold milkshake. Waited another 10 minutes, still hadn't seen our server, so we let a different server know about our milkshakes. She offered to bring new ones. The 2nd ones were better, but still not near as thick as I've experienced on other occasions. Our fish & chips arrived and again we were disappointed. The fish sticks were hard, and appeared to have come out of a Captain High Liner's box. Fries were good. That was about all we were happy with. And would just like to mention that we are not typically people who complain at restaurants. After this experience, none of us are wanting to come back anytime soon.

While I only give 3 stars , it is for the service, the food is always good and generally the service is too, my family and I come to this restaurant quite often because we do enjoy, unfortunately the last few times we have come, the service has been very slow , and really quite unorganized, in fact awkward at times

Mother’s Day went at 11 they opened at 10. Took 50 minutes to get our food and was told they ran out of hash browns 40 minutes ago was given French fries with my bacon and eggs. Who runs out of hash browns 1 hour after opening and who serves fries with eggs. Nothing about the two Mother’s Day draws were ever mentioned so I missed out on that too. This was my first visit there and it’s my last. Went to the other location when they opened and it was horrible never went back. Here I thought I’d give this location a chance and will Definitely not be returning to either location. And forgot to mention my eggs had a blueish colour on the bottom from what ever was left on the grill. There was more then enough staff working on the floor also and there were empty tables so being overly busy should not have been an excuse. Was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and only had my coffee topped off once. My parents rave about both locations so I thought why not. Honestly I would have had a better mother’s day breakfast at McDonald’s. I believe that was the comment my husband made when we went to the Willow grove location after it opened. A real shame for the neighbourhood. My daughter and her boyfriend went there a few weeks ago for supper and they said the only thing that was good was the milkshake everything else was horrible.

I went to take my family for a late lunch about 240 on Good Friday, had all 3 waitresses look at us but not one of them acknowledged us or came to seat us. So we left after standing there for about 5 minutes. Not one person said that they would be with us. Sad that this is what is happening with our customer service.

Outstanding atmosphere, service and food is delish. Our family has terrific memories of Sunday lunch with Grandma before she passed. She loved Pink Cadillacs. Miss her a little less when we still go for occasional Sunday lunch with the best Malts ever.

Can't wait for the Hampton location to open! Finally get to enjoy malt treats close to home.

The worst service I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. The waitress did not bring drinks that were right. An hour into us sitting there she told us our orders did not get to the kitchen until just now. Then almost an hour later we had our food. We did have plans for the day that we had to cancel because of being in your establishment for 2 hours. Won’t be back.
