Late for your grooming appointment? When you book with your hair stylist.....you have to be on time or be rescheduled...... That is how it works with dog/cat grooming appointments. We can't bump someone else and squeeze someone in. We are booked back to back and have a wait list that we access when someone is 30 minutes late. This is what we had to do today & unfortunately I believe we have lost a client.
