 I went in to have my hair done by Myrna on a Groupon. I sent a picture of my hair and what I wanted it to look like to her and she said 'it will look HOT'. If anyone would like to see the pictures and text screen shots, please contact me and I will send them over.I went to Myrna and she bleached my hair. All was good but she put a STAIN in my hair not explaining to me what a stain is. In fact, she said it was semi permanent dye that will last 8 weeks. #1, my hair was red in the front and purple in the back. 1 week later, hair not even washed, purple is already starting to fade out. Texted her and she tells me to buy purple shampoo (no such thing for purple hair to turn purple from red!!). She tells me she will charge me more (already paid 160 Groupon and extra fee for long hair) to put permanent in.Then I reached out to the owner, Annette who passed the buck to Melanie. Melanie brought me back to correct my hair and charged me another $80 to do it. Also because Myrna put stain in my hair, you couldn't just cover it with permanent. (My hair turned green) My hair had to be bleached again. Sure enough, Melanie bleached it. It's funny because I paid again for my hair to be done and Melanie just let me leave without even drying my hair. She towel dried it a bit for me. She obviously didn't dry my hair because she knew she ruined it with the second bleach application, and knew that it would be a problem to style. She didn't even do a deep conditioner!!!! She even mentioned that my hair was compromised but did nothing to help it!!! Now, I am losing 3.5 inches out of my nice, long hair. 3.5 inch pieces are literally falling out in the shower. Then when I asked for my money back, she flat out refused! Told me she could give me a Olaplex treatment for free this Thursday. For me, twice for them to screw up my hair was enough. I will never return to Reveal again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.Bottom line, if you have luscious locks, STAY FAR AWAY FROM REVEAL!!!! This has been my worst experience at a salon and I have been dying my hair for 14 years now!! They are a bunch of money hungry people. Again, I have all the documentation to back my entire story!
