Bought a 2015 GMC 3500 through Norman. Didn’t notice that there wasn’t mud flaps on the truck until I was pulled over the following day thank good the officer was very pleasant to deal with. I called Norman about and agreed to have some put on. Took the truck in and wasn’t sure who would be looking after me,a fellow game out from the garage & I told him why I I was there ,pulled the truck into the front and went in. Told the young guy at the desk who I am and for my visit. Asked if I decided what flaps I would like,didn’t have a clue what he was talking about.Apparently Norman didn’t talk to me about this,an 1 1/2 hours later there on. Called Norman back to do with another issue( key) that I didn’t get for the tripod 5th wheel camper,he said he would get back to me in a few days as he think it went the camper to Raddison / been a month now and never heard back left voice messages and still nothing. I sucked it up and took it in to lock smith to have it re- keyed. Norman got his sale then I was left in the dark. Thanks for a fantastic experience, I shop local to support our community this is what you get. Dodge city has 110% service where I have bought before should of gone back there.

After only recently purchasing a top quality, premium used vehicle from Nas and his team at Green Light Auto; I am more then happy to rate these two gentlemen, their service and this amazing dealership at an easy 5 star rate, providing their customers with exceptional customer care.
Personally in ownership / always purchasing new, there as dealing with only direct premium dealership service; I was very hesitant to enter the used car market & buy, to big’ from used car lot. My fear really coming down to wether or not I would be able trust what I was being told by the sales team, I was dreading aggressive sale tactic and the list certainly could go on (Drive Nation Auto).
However with this, my experience at Green Light auto was only that of the complete opposite of this. -With Nas’ and his team, Jay by his side, protecting my interests and taking every step forward they could for me, consistently. Continually going out of their way to make my overall experience both that of appealing and comfortable. Nas and from the beginning took the time to fully understand/ appreciate my goal in vehicle purchase/ finance. He was and without a doubt on board with me from the start, understanding what I was after. Certainly taught me a thing or two about buying used and smart purchase financing/ best bang for your dollar; and with all this good stuff/ information logged together we were soon able to make some great business decisions and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Keeping up his/ this momentum, start to finish, at no time did I ever feel rushed in a decision, unclear of information, untrusting in any way, or in circumstance with the information I was being offered. Not an ounce of desperate push was ever demonstrated, or eager sale mentality displayed in my experience; in fact again actually the complete opposite with only receiving absolute honest information output, by a pair of very smart and certainly savy business men. Nas and Jay having only my best interest in mind, further went out of their way, spending two hours after close to work on the sale, with the bank on getting me the very best finance rate/ interest rate available. Very much going the extra mile in my opinion, which is something we don’t often see/ something I am more then satisfied to share about this business/ these two trusted men. Recommending to all I know/ anyone who is in the market to buy, go see Nas first! Exceptional service guys. Thank you!
Jason was awesome to deal with. He went above and beyond what I've ever seen a sales person do. It was a pleasure to have someone understand and respect what your wants, needs, and restrictions were. I have and will continue to recommend Jason and Greenlight to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Truly disappointed. Arranged to purchase a used vehicle Friday after hours 6:30 pm My offer was accepted by the salesman. Show up at the dealership Saturday at 8:30am told by someone else on staff that they sold the truck I came into purchase at 8 that morning. Completely ridiculous. How does this happen? Poor communication at this dealership and obviously no respect for the customer. They did nothing to help come up with a resolution and pretty much laughed at me. I cannot believe this business can function in this manner. Disappointing when you try to support local.
